Patricia cooked an amazing steak pie with mash and veg , HHUK provided a norgi of 70 meals which was a Greek inspired chicken stew and buttered hot scone dumplings,
puddings were honebajes by Irys Shute, Sheena Mckinnon and donations from N&s , pret A Manger, Greggs and M&S .SPOT ON ALL OF IT
This queue got bigger and bigger every time I turned around , god knows where they kept coming from , but it was a privilege to of fed them all and recieved so many smiles and hugs .
Yeti turned up with our Nigel , which was lovely, a first meet after a long time of SM conversations..what a lovely guy ..
I noticed the team talking in depth with a lot of our homeless, many needing to off load at this sensitive time of the year ..the team are great listeners , and like Linda , they are often moved by what they hear , inspiring them to carry on week in and week out 3 times a week ..
Then we had a flying visit from the rather kind man that donated new trainers on Wednesday, how nice that he remembered us ..
Pizzapizza turned up , fetched by charlie abd was served with the respect it deserves, and disappeared almost immediately 👏 Thankyou Pizzapizza 💖.
A really nice guy handed us £100 as he was passing abd his friend gave another 20 ..a very appreciated donation indeed especially coming into the colder weather ..
All tables empty , all pods , duvets and sleeping bags, gone , clothing especially coats , trainers and jumpers gone and every single essential pack ..GONE .
