Yet another superb event , but with numbers seemingly to climb weekly, , Thank God we have a large , compassionate team , patient, and understanding, not to mention DEDICATED, especially behind the scenes, which is the ground work to every event , 3 times a week , 52 weeks of the year , all the picking up , storing , making up essential kits, dealing with huge amounts of surplus , Truly inspirational volunteers.
The evening was busy but peaceful, friendly and very much appreciated.

The donations of clothing and other items were fabulous, the sack of dog items stirred up excitement for many on the streets with dogs abd those in temporary accommodation with their four legged companions , each looking through and picking treats and harnesses, dog bowls and leashes and of course a toy , so many thanks to Pawsomepaws , Wortley, picked up by Eileen..
Essential packs this week flew out , like crazy, and more besides , extra socks and warm stuff was provided, all donated by the surrounding communities and even from some of our volunteers..
Another all round satisfying evening with every single person fed ..194 guests at the tables ..BRAVO TO OUR TEAM OF SOLDIERS. 🫂
