Toni and Colinton from Helping Hands UK attended recently as our guest speakers at Calverley Rotary Club and gave us an excellent and heartfelt insight, to the work that they and their team of volunteers do, day in, day out for the homeless people of Leeds.

The people this organisation supports, includes British Service Veterans with PTSD and injuries, in addition to many who are homeless due to relationship breakdowns and financial hardship.
War torn Ukraine and other areas still suffering conflict, are very deserving of our help, but let’s not forget the people in the UK who are struggling daily and have been for decades.
