Another great Sunday outreach

Oh gosh, the panic that we were short on volunteers, but hahaha, it turns out the team are more capable than I give them credit for, there was 8 of us and they smashed it, I lost count of visitors but all the food prepared was gone in no time and before I realised, I we were packing up to go home.. Fabulous show of dedication.
Many stayed and listened to the music whilst eating their dinners and getting some goodies to take with them.
The footwear and clothing was totally appreciated as they threw their old items in the bags we provided, they and put fresh socks and clean or new shoes on, and Eileen supplying new socks, and which is something they know they can go to her for.
Prizes went out, homeless packs were full of great toiletries and new underwear as well as some great goodies for during the long night ahead.. It was an all round peaceful and loving outreach..
